- JBJulie BartelOct 10, 20265.0Maelei was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was very thorough in walking through all that we wanted done in our kitchen and a great help in where to go to find our countertops and sink and faucet and any other things we needed plus her design experience was invaluable when making our final decisions . She was easily assessable through phone calls and text messages throughout our project to answer any questions that may have come up. We received Our quote quickly and the project was started and completed in a timely manner. After sharing our availability with them We received a detailed schedule as to when everyone would come out to complete their part of the job which was very helpful. No surprises. Everyone that came out to the house was fantastic and arrived on time. We took out a desk and added a cabinet. The new cabinets match perfectly with those that we did not replace. We absolutely love the way our kitchen turned out.
- SWSteve WethernAug 3, 20265.0Can’t say enough about positive experience Donna and staff were always available to answer questions. Helped setup disposal of old cabinets, countertops and back splash Also thru many trips to store and changing our minds multiple times never complained or had issues Bought cabinets, countertops, hardware and installation thru them Very pleased
- MMMarc MontgomeryMay 21, 20265.0Our new kitchen island and quartz counter tops and backsplash came out great. Very good attention to detail.
- KJKelli JohansonJun 24, 20213.0We are extremely happy with the finished product. In that aspect, I would recommend Creations. However, once the order was placed, we found it very difficult to reach and get a response from our designer, Samantha. There were cabinets that were not ordered correctly initially, pushing our project back almost a month, and we found the company’s customer service leaving much to be desired.
- NMNitin MathurMay 17, 20215.0We worked with Maelei and Tessa for our wet bar cabinets. They delivered a great product and service to us. We appreciate the level of details they provided in the design, procurement and assistance during installation of these beautiful cabinets. Terrific job !!
