  I engaged with Twin City Garage door last fall as we were building an additional garage and required a custom made, oversized composite overhead door to match the design of the doors on our existing garage. My first engagement was with Tommy Strafelda who assisted me throughout the process. From the initial design work, through the quotation, custom build, finishing and installing, Tommy provided great service and support. He was quick to answer any questions that arose and gave us ongoing updates as to the status of the build. When we set a date for installation, Tommy and TCGD committed and delivered to that date (required to coincide with the overall build). My one regret is that I don’t remember the names of the Technicians that completed the installation, as I am very pleased with their work. The Tech’s were courteous, hard working and based on the outcome of their work, true professionals! In summary, my experience with Twin City Garage Door was exceptional!

  My elderly mother-in-law had 2 garage doors replaced. The doors being replaced were over 50 years old. Todd from Twin City Garage Door showed up at 8am and was done by 2:30pm. He was professional and driven to get the job done right. The doors look great and run excellently. This is a relief as we had been having many problems with the old doors. The price was fair and we got a couple of quotes. We are completely satisfied and will recommend TCGD to anybody having garage door issues.

  Quick response time, very professional and friendly service. Had our garage door spring fixed in no time! Nice on the price to. Keep up the good work guys!

  Was here to not spend a lot of money, a patch job if you will. They were very honest, friendly and accommodating. Laid out information very well. Will come back for a new door when I finally need it.
