  We purchased a furnace from Ron’s Electric in Wells, MN and had them complete the installation. The initial furnace install itself appeared to go well, but the overall experience has been disappointing. When the electrician arrived to finish the job, he entered our garage without notifying anyone, which we found concerning. He also did not follow through on our request to conceal the new AC wiring, leaving it exposed and not to the standard we expected. Within two weeks, the furnace is already not functioning properly and requires another service visit. While looking into the issue, I discovered that a used breaker had been installed in our panel rather than a new one, which raises concerns about workmanship and attention to detail. Additionally, my wife was not given clear or complete information during the process, which led to confusion and frustration. Overall, there were multiple issues with communication, follow-through, and quality that took away from what should have been a straightforward install.

  The 2 service guys that came out to install a hood vent for above the stove were so nice, came on time and were kind and answered my questions. I highly recommend Ron's Plbg and HVAC. Give them a try

  The staff came in and did an excellent job replacing our old furnace and installing the new one, they were curious and cared about our home to keep it clean and make the install tidy. These two did a super job and explained the process and how the system will work. Ron's was excellent to work with on this project.

  I didn’t end up using Ron’s because Im way too far away, but I still wanted to leave a review. I called after seeing an ad online and was connected to an HVAC tech right away - no runaround, no “we have to come out first” or pushy sales talk. Ryan was super helpful. I sent him a few photos and explained exactly what I was trying to do, and he gave me his advice and honest price upfront. Once we realized the drive time alone wouldn’t make sense for either of us (thanks online fb ads), we agreed it wasn’t worth moving forward. What I really appreciated is that he still took the time to answer my follow-up questions and help me think things through, even knowing I wasn’t going to hire them. That says a lot about how they run their business. If you’re in their service area, I wouldn’t hesitate to call them.
