  Was happy with the services provided by Ali T helping diagnose a gas leak and go over the various options available. He answered all of our questions and helped us feel confident we had the information needed to make the best choice for moving forward.

  The communication was a little iffy with the home office but they just merged with the old company I used to use so not too worried about it. Still feeling out the new company but if they continue to uphold what I was used to with duct works and then 4front I will continue using them for my HVAC needs. Roger, our tech, was great. Very knowledgeable and willing to explain things. The AC tuneup/checkup went well and he walked me through the process.

  Hurlburt installed a generator and transfer switch requiring coordination of their staff to deliver the generator, set the pad, wire the transfer switch, wire the generator and pipe the gas supply. Plus coordinated the electrical and gas utilities to be on site at the same time. Job started at 8 AM and they wrapped up at 3 PM. Once the inspection was done a couple of days later the generator was all set. It could not have gone much smoother.

  Matt M was fantastic—friendly, professional, and very thorough. He clearly explained everything and walked me through the process step by step. He was also respectful of my home (even took off his shoes) and cleaned up thoroughly—there wasn’t even a speck of dirt on my white carpet. Great experience overall!

  Initial installers damaged our front door bringing equipment in and drilled through our siding without properly sealing the hole causing water damage. They also didn't face the unit the correct way and installation of the AC unit was completely substandard. The electrician, the sales associate and the sales manager did not deny damage and agreed to make it right both by text message and by phone. They worked with my contractor back and forth to get a quote for repair for nearly 2 months during which time they never denied causing the damage. After getting the quote for repairs they decided to now (2 months after the fact) deny doing the damage at all and refused to remedy the situation only offering a partial monetary credit for the 1/7th of the cost of significant damage they caused to our brand new custom door. I proposed getting their insurance adjuster to come out and inspect the damage and provide alternative solutions for remedy and they refused that also. If you choose to hire these crooks, get everything in writing--no phone calls. Take before and after pictures of your entire home, not just the area they work on-- or better yet hire Werner Stallion.
