  I believe I spoke with Megan on the phone… so incredibly kind and supportive. When Nathan came out he explained everything in great detail and gave many suggestions to keep the materials and process working correctly. He was certainly committed to getting the job completed properly. As a customer, I was pleased with the quality of work and the customer service shared by the office personnel. I would highly recommend GDS to anyone looking for work to be completed.

  Came home yesterday morning and garage door wouldn't open. Went in and saw a broken spring and the opener bracket broke. Called GDS and spoke with Megan. She said she would try to get someone out later in the day. Got a text a short time later and was told a technician was on his way. The tech Sam has a ton of experience and addressed the problem immediately. Less then an hour later he replaced the springs, repaired the broken bracket and adjusted the door to run smoothly. Can't say enough how pleased we are with the service provided by GDS. We would strongly recommend this company for all your garage door needs.

  Best price, availability, and value; had wrong color of trim, but I caught that before it was installed, so no problem. Would advise double-checking all colors and features before installation.

  This is a long, positive review. It shows the tenacity of the installers. We recently purchased a new home in Big Lake that had a pole barn with a 12 ft garage door. Our RV is 12'-4". We contracted with the original builder and they contracted The Garage Door Store to upgrade the existing door opening to a 13'x10' commercial grade, insulated, color matched rolling door. Josh and Riley removed the old door so the builder could enlarge the opening and do structural modifications. Josh and Riley arrived the next day, started to install the new door and realized the door manufacturer had sent multiple support/trim pieces in white, instead of the forest green of the door. These pieces are integral to the door's operation. Josh contacted the manufacturer to get the replacement pieces ordered. They continued with the installation because it would be several weeks before the parts would arrive. After they installed the rest of this huge door, Josh used manufacturer provided touch up paint to cover up the scratched the door had. Unfortunately the paint was a much darker color, which wasn't immediately noticeable while spraying. There were numerous scratches, so the door looked like it had been hit with paintballs. Josh immediately contacted the manufacturer to start the process for us to receive compensation. The manufacturer agreed to send a complete replacement door and trim. When the replacement door arrived at The Garage Door Store, Josh and Riley had a trouble free removal of the old door and install of the replacement door, in below zero weather. Imagine having to do all of that work again, taking down and replacing a 13'x10' door. Josh and Riley are professional, patient, courteous, kind, respectful, have impeccable work ethics. They also like homemade cookies. Riley loves oatmeal raisin, both of them like chocolate chip. Josh and Riley fixed an unexpected problem with grace and caring. Gosh, these guys are the BEST!! Thank you to all of the staff at Garage Door Store for the support.
