- GRGavin RudollFeb 17, 20261.0dishonest and fraudulent is my experience. Jim agreed to build a house in Chaska in May of 2024. Months of misleading information, excuses, asking for more money. I walked away because there was no light at the end of the tunnel. I have been dealing with him and his excuses for over 15 months, and he owes me $35,000+. Blames others for his lack of action and accountability. Even when I walked away he got the house foreclosed upon, breached our agreement/ contract. It’s not just me , this is a pattern. Numerous lawsuits have been filed against him. I’d look elsewhere for a builder. Do not recommend.

Despite fulfilling our obligations, we still have not received payment from Jim, who has repeatedly changed his company name and email address over the years. We strongly advise against hiring this company, as you risk being left unpaid and unsupported.
