  Leaving a 1 star review because 0 is not an option. We completed $40,000 worth of work in 2023 for a homeowner who hired Jim to coordinate the project. Despite fulfilling our obligations, we still have not received payment from Jim, who has repeatedly changed his company name and email address over the years. We strongly advise against hiring this company, as you risk being left unpaid and unsupported.

  I had two roofing jobs to do. Jim was very helpful with the larger job and which required much interaction and negotiation with my insurance company. The work was done well and timely. For the second roofing job that was required, on multiple occasions I reached him and he promised to get back to me, come to my home, pursue the additional work that needed to be done. He never followed through on his promises to attend to my needs. The only conclusion that I could surmise is that the job was too small or his company was not equipped to do the work. I was never informed of the reason that he did not follow through. Unfortunate, because Jim is a very nice person and did a great job on the main roof work.

  Jim Winkels is an awesome guy. Hes always very kind, happy and accommodating. I HIGHLY recommend Cheetah roofing to anyone looking to repair or replace their roof. Jims attention to details and perfection are well above the industry standard. Go with the best go with Cheetah Roofing.
