  They were able to accommodate a same day appointment. However would not provide any idea of cost to replace 4 faucets prior to showing up. (Should have been a red flag!) The service tech was on time, polite and detailed in assessing the needs. However, he required $3400 to replace 4 existing residential faucets. This is roughly $1,000/hr. for labor. (I had already purchased the hardware) Absolute robbery! No thanks!

  They installed my ac 3 months ago and it’s broken now. I called to get some help but I have to wait quite a while for someone to come out and fix it even though I’m in the little club with the priority scheduling. I assume this is because it’s still under warranty so it’s not a money making appointment for them. Update: apparently they have to replace the entire thing and as soon as the tech verified that I haven’t heard back from anyone management or dispatch and it’s been several days. No acknowledgement of having sold us an ac that broke after 3 months, no acknowledgement that they’re supposed to even come back and fix it other than the tech saying that management ordered the unit and to wait for a call. Followed up several times with no updates and can’t even get a person on the phone.

  It's never a good thing to have to find emergency HVAC options, but I'm so glad I found McQuillan, referred to me by a friend who is a contractor themselves. My AC/Furnace went haywire during our famously hot and humid summer, they were able to get a tech out to me early the next morning and Dave was great! Very friendly, knowledgable and no pressure. It was determined I needed new systems and they were able to do the estimate that same day and install a day later! Lamar and Tony were amazing! Professional, friendly, informative and efficient!! Thank you for making a stressful and costly home repair as painless as it could be!

  They installed my boiler in my first house. Nice install and it needed one warranty fix within a year. However, I would not recommend this company as most of my experiences in the last two years have been negative. Between poor communication on a misprinted rebate, the cancellation of multiple appointments shortly before they were supposed to happen, and a handful of comically high estimates, my trust in the company is broken.

  We had McQuillan out in May of 2025 to jet and descale our entire home, they also replaced a pipe they could not jet. We spent over $10k and were told "you should never have to worry about this again at least". Our drains started backing up again last night. Tried to schedule to get a drain tech out this morning and they said we would have someone out between 8a-12p but then got a message that their only tech? called in sick. Wild a company this big only has one single drain tech. We used them for their home services package. We will be cancelling that and finding another company to work with Update- We had another company our to resolve our issues... They showed me over 100ft of pipe that the McQuillan team simply did not jet or descale, which led to the new backups. Honestly embarrassing.
