  Drew and Joel were both extremely friendly and knowledgable. They had my new water heater in and running in 2 hours. Highly recommend based on my experience.

  Disappointed in the AC service tech today. Installed our furnace filter before confirming that it was ok to use what we had purchased. Left the wrapper and old filter on the floor. Poor communication regarding what was done or not.

  Ko was fantastic! He came out and answered all my questions, was very kind & respectful of my home, and helped explain the AC fix. I was very anxious when my AC went out during an extreme heat wave, but Hurlburt came out the next morning! Thanks Ko & team!

  Troy was very candid and helpful in identifying my options for a vent hood for our island range. He gave me a much fuller understanding of the various costs and tradeoffs involved in downdraft vs. island overhead vs. JennAir range than I previously had.

  Ko V and another Hurlburt associate came to my home to inspect my direct vent AC which was leaking water. They immediately identified the culprit...the drainage tube had come loose! A simple fix, but after hooking it back up they stayed to test it. They also double checked the hose itself by pouring water in it just to make sure it wasn't blocked or backing up. These guys were courteous and professional and had a great sense of humor. I thought the price I paid for the visit was fair, given they came out and inspected the AC unit, fixed the issue and answered all of my questions!
