He was able to assess my problem immediately after he inspected my a/c unit. In less than an hr he had it running. He was so knowledgeable and prompt we were back on track cooling.

We were told it was 7 grand for repairs on the ac/furnace, or 15-20 grand for a whole new system. Our gas line to the furnace was also shut off because of a reported crack. We were able to have a trusted friend who does HVAC work come out on Sunday and do a diagnostic inspection as well as repairs. It cost us $900 in total. So while we appreciate not being pressured into a sale by this company, it seems outrageous to charge these prices.
