  Initial issues with a Mini split and repairs. Replacement installed in a timely fashion without issue after brief and professional conversation with company. Our technician Cody was awesome, hardly knew he was there working. Kept us informed of his progress throughout. Customer service is beyond excellent, we are now life long customers.

  Jacob arrived quickly and diagnosed the problem with our ac system. He checked the unit after to make sure everything was working properly. I couldn't be more pleased with the service we received, especially on a Saturday. I was so impressed i signed up for the gold plan to have my system looked at twice a year. Thank you Jacob and opie's for quality service.

  Had our old heating and A/C unit replaced. Good communication. Scheduled install just days after financing complete. The guys who came to do the install where very nice, left no mess, and were very patient with my 5 yr olds 1000 questions

  Edit: Worked with Beth and she helped me understand my confusion with the billing process. I truly appreciate her working with me and ensuring I had a better understanding of the issue at hand. Her customer service was exceptional and the work was done timely and correctly. Overall great experience and would recommend Opie's to anyone.

  We were referred to this company... didn't work out so great. However... Beth and Carly (sp?) Were very kind and helpful and patient with us during huge amounts of frustrations. Thank you for that... they also seem to have to do damage control. The techs, (chad&jacob) well i can't say so much for them. We had them out 4 times and would've been 5 but i said no. First time, mechanical room flooded, well we thought we got it fixed, tech didn't check all the lines, just the main one. Second time another guy comes out cause it's not working and said we needed a new capacitor... so we bought one, dies a few days later. Finally asked my retired family member to check it out, found a huge clog. The guy should've found the first time. Well called them back again cause it wasn’t cooling and they put a hard start kit on it... helped for a half hour and died. Comes back again, now it's the compressor. Really?!. They sell you this monthly plan to fully inspect the unit, well Simon tells me they really don't even do a full inspection...so buyer beware. Wouldn't they have found all the issues. Had a different company come out and they even inspected the duct work etc.... i should have never called these guys and did my own homework... apparently Brady is good here, but we didn't get him. The best part of this, i asked how much a new A/C would cost, I got quoted $22,000 from Jacob, yes you read that correctly. After that obnoxious quote, we were done. Nothing more to discuss. Got a referral from my retired family member who owned a heating and AC company...to Matt @ Elk River Heating and Air...omgosh night and day difference. Someone who actually cared, found the issues, and was incredibly knowledgeable. We also received a quote from him. $6150. Another quote we got from someone else $6800. So all in the ballpark... opies....$22,000 I Called because I thought that was crazy and Beth said, we have more options than that.... oh really that's nice... so the guy was trying to rip us off.... how noble. Hate to say this.... but something is wrong.... your techs need to do better. The trust has been broken... my family who initially referred you will most likely be finding someone new as well. They did return some of the money we paid. So thats good. Thank you Beth...
