Doug and his partner came out and diagnosed our furnace issue got the parts quickly and installed it. It was a warranty issue and they took care of the part and all I had to pay for was the labor. From my call to the office to the completion of the repair, everyone was informative and professional.

Anderson's did a great job on my new Furnace install! First time in years that my whole home feels warm and I am not waking up with leg cramps! Doug, Derek, and Brayden were professional, friendly and and informative.... I had a ton of questions! :). I would highly recommend Andersons for any furnace or AC work.

Doug came in, and figured out the problem right away. He knew he needed to order a part, got it ordered asap, and the next business day after it arrived it was installed! Just like that our house crisis was over thanks to this crew.

We are fortunate to have found Anderson’s Residential Heating & AC near our home. We had a great experience. Patty took great care of getting the right equipment ordered, booking the date, submitting the rebate requests so we didn’t have to do it, and organizing everything so it was a seamless process. Doug and his son worked together to replace the furnace and air that were 22 years old. They were professional, efficient and friendly. We are very pleased with their service and highly recommend them.

On time, knew exactly what to look for, fixed in minutes. Can't ask for more than this. If you want experienced, professional, work and explanations of the work, call Anderson's, and skip the headaches of inferior companies.
