  Fred was excellent! He was friendly, polite and kind. He shared a lot of knowledge with us regarding our boiler heater. Our appointment was later in the evening, but he was super patient in helping us troubleshoot our issue.

  The plumber that came to our residence was Matt. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable about plumbing. I learned things from him, which was pretty cool. He came a day early because we had an emergency type of issue happening, which I thought was great. The prices are reasonable. I would definitely 100% get this company again but also ask for Matt. Thank you for solving my problems Matt.

  Craig came by to assist me in figuring out why my heating wasn’t working- the contractors who had put on my new roof a week before had apparently knocked a vent off the rear wall of my house! Craig was so nice and really helpful! I love my new Hurlburt-installed heating and AC system, but I really love knowing that they are right there when I need them!

  I met with Benjamin to get an estimate for replacement central air, furnace and water heater. I had met with reps from a few other companies. I immediately felt at ease with Benjamin and found him to be knowledgeable and very good at explaining my options. I had full confidence in what he was presenting. His attention to detail is what persuaded me to choose him and Hurlburt to complete the work. The installation crew was fantastic and delivered everything Benjamin had laid out. The whole process was smooth and I couldn't be more satisfied having met Benjamin and choosing Hurlburt.

  Hurlburt was awesome. They sent a technician out the same day I called for service. Their technician Ko was so knowledgeable and helpful getting our furnace up and running. He explained everything he was doing and did an excellent job also installing a new thermostat. Highly recommend! When thermostat had to be adjusted, they came back out and Jim did a complete tutorial with me. He helped me get the thermostat set properly and everything is working as it should. Jim was great! Highly trained and professional. Totally recommend!
