  Thank you for the great customer service. Xavier was very knowledgeable in figuring out what was wrong with the air conditioning system and offered a solution for the fix. Will continue using them in the future for my home repairs.

  Hurlburt always does a great job of sending appointment reminders and heads-up messages when the tech is on the way. Was able to get today's app't (A/C tuneup) moved ahead, which was helpful. Alton was on time, very thorough in scoping out the performance and safety of our A/C, and answered any questions I had for him. I would say his visit was slightly more than an hour, and it was important to him to make sure that the inspection was thorough and that the A/C would be in good shape for the coming summer. A pleasure to work with - very satisfied.

  Alex B and Todd M did great work at our home taking care of our drain issues. They were very thorough and helped us better understand the nuances of our plumbing system. Fantastic!

  Charlie P came to look over our water softener set up to see if it can be replumbed to have a dedicated line for the outdoor faucets. We discussed options. Also talked about the water heater. Charlie took his time to explain some things to us. Very helpful.

  Had a cartridge in my shower replaced. Post replacement the shower leaked. The plumber attributed it to calcium buildup causing the cartridge to not seat all the way. He pushed it in with all his might and it seemed to take care of the leak. He said he'd done all he can, and if it started leaking again we would need to open up the wall and change the valve ($$). A few days later, the shower was leaking pretty bad. Not wanting to get the recommendation that we needed to change the valve, I called a different company. they came out, replaced the cartridge again - but this time used a stiff wire brush to clean out the pipe well beforehand. Leak has been resolved. The plumber was friendly, but I'm a tad disappointed I paid $495 for this, only to have someone else have to come do it again.
