  Koby was friendly and efficient and my new Rheem electric heat pump water heater works great. Kobys job was to make the electrical connection from the heat pump to the electric box on the wall which in turn was connected to the service box.

  I had a very positive experience working with Dynasty Electric Service during the final electrical hookup and inspection for my AC installation project. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, and they made sure everything was completed properly and safely. I appreciated their attention to detail and the quality of their work. Overall, excellent service and I would gladly recommend them to others needing reliable electrical work.

  Colby arrived on time. He immediately looked at the light switch issue and fixed it within minutes of arrival. He is very professional and nice to interact with while working on my electrical issue.

  The initiation of a project to complete several electrical installations at out house has been terrific. In particular, Mason has been very patient and informative with our process to select the various light fixtures and ceiling fans - providing a huge selection of options. And then providing gentle but clear advice for a couple of the items that will make this, hopefully, a successfully completed project in a few weeks.

  From start to finish my experience with Dynasty was great! From my initial call, Stefano was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My service tech was great- he was punctual, figured out the problem very fast, and explained everything well. He had the issue fixed and got my power back in minutes! I won’t hesitate to call dynasty again for any other electrical needs I have!
