  He explained everything and was very thorough. He took time to make sure he cleaned up any mess that was made. Very knowledgeable and would recommend to anyone with toilet issues!

  Ammon did a great job getting my sink plumbing in working order. I was hesitant to call a chain, but they exceeded my expectations. Fast, knowledgeable, and on top of their game. I’ll definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs. Well done!

  We had an amazing experience with Roto-Rooter thanks to DeAndre! He spent over 4 hours working hard to repair our broken bathtub and never gave up. He even went to two different stores searching for the specialized part we needed to prevent a much bigger and more expensive problem. DeAndre was thorough, knowledgeable, kind, and professional from start to finish. He communicated everything clearly, arrived on time, and truly went above and beyond our expectations. It's rare to find someone so dedicated to doing the job right. We are incredibly grateful for his hard work and outstanding customer service. I would recommend DeAndre to anyone without hesitation, and we will absolutely call Roto-Rooter again in the future. Thank you, DeAndre!

  As a single woman who knows next to nothing about plumbing, I was beyond stressed about who to call to come into my home, and do an assessment. I checked online and saw Roto-Rooters reviews, and work history around the St Cloud area. I am grateful, I went with my gut and gave them a call. I loved how easy was to set up the appointment. Thay had availability the same day! One of the things that caught my attention right away was, how Race, the Roto-Rooters technician who came to my rescue, sent me an email, texted me his picture, and also called me to see if I was home and if, it was ok to came in earlier!! Nowadays is hard to find a business this flexible! Their great communication says a lot about their work ethic. Unfortunately, I cannot rate Roto-Rooters more than the allowed 5 stars. They deserve more than 1000 stars!! Roto-Rooters employees are; ( I also got to talk with Kyle who's a supervisor and just like Race his an excellent worker!) trustworthy, reliable, efficient, professional, courteous, they treat you as family not as a number like other businesses do.The best thing of all is that they have great prices, for their services!! Roto-Rooters deserves more than 1000 stars if that was the limit! This is my first time working with them and as a single woman I can assure you Race and Kyle are super knowledgeable, respectful of your property, patient!! WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR???? If my testimony doesn't convince you to call them, I understand, you dont know me. GIVE THEM A CALL AND SEE FOR YOURSELVES!!! Call them you wont regret it! Next time I'm in need any of their services, Roto-Rooters will be hearing from me in a heartbeat 🥰💪🏽🙏🏼🧠💪🏽They're the best in the St Cloud area!
