  I can count on one hand the number of reviews I’ve ever left on Google or Yelp, but the Schneider One team deserves a review after the work they did for us. My fiancé and I have been renovating our house for a little over a year. It’s the first full house renovation either of us has taken on, and we’ve learned A LOT along the way. One of those lessons was that apparently ordering your flooring only five weeks before moving in is not ideal. HAHA! Luckily, our material arrived early and Curt was able to work us into the install schedule so our floors could be finished before we moved in. But what really stood out was how Curt took care of us throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond every step of the way and never once made us feel like we were a burden or that our project wasn’t important. He worked with our schedule and stayed at the shop after hours just to give us a chance to come in after work and see the show room. At one point, the Schneider One install team was dealing with a much larger job than expected that was tying up more manpower than anticipated. Curt could have easily told us there was nothing he could do and that our floors simply wouldn’t be done in time. Instead, he came back after the store closed and worked until 9 or 10 PM himself to keep our project moving and make sure we had floors before we moved in. That kind of work ethic and customer service is incredibly rare these days. I also don’t want to take anything away from the rest of the Schneider One team. The installers, delivery drivers and everyone behind the scenes were fantastic, and the finished floors look amazing. But Curt made a lasting impression on us. If you’re even remotely on the fence about who to use for your flooring, spend five minutes talking to Curt. You answer will be clear almost immediately. We will absolutely be using Schneider One again and couldn’t recommend them more highly

  We had a great experience with The Schneider Company. From the initial installation through addressing an unexpected issue that arose later, they demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. When we experienced a flooring problem, they took the time to thoroughly investigate the situation, review all of the available information, and ultimately stood behind their work by providing a solution that addressed both the flooring and the underlying moisture concern. Throughout the process, Curt and the entire team were responsive, transparent, and willing to work with us until we reached a resolution that everyone felt confident about. It's refreshing to work with a company that values its reputation and is committed to doing the right thing.   My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Schneider Carpet! We had originally planned to pull up our old carpet and refinish the original wood flooring. Unfortunately, the floors were not in a great state to refinish, so we had to reinstall carpet. Although it wasn't our original plan, and we were overwhelmed with choices, Schneider made it very easy! At the store, they were very helpful with explaining the different types of carpets, their lifespans, their qualities, etc. Once we picked one we liked, they were able to schedule a measurement appointment very quickly. Mike even brought over our sample so we could see it in our home. Scheduling was a breeze, and on the day of service, we had no issues! We were very happy to see the finished project--even our cats loved it! We would definitely choose Schneider again in the future.

  Schneider Carpet is an amazing carpet store. They take the time to make sure you are ordering the right carpet. The installations are flawless, the installers are very friendly, honest and know their trade well. The cost is very fair for the superb carpet and excellent service provided.

  The service rep, Patrick was great to deal with and so were the installers. The quality of our carpet definitely met our expectations.
