I was worried about what work would be required because it's an area that's hard to access, but he was able to fix it relatively easily. He only needed to cut some small holes in my cabinet and basement ceiling and left my house clean and in good working order. From start to finish, everyone I interacted with at Rascher was personable and extremely helpful, and I feel their price was reasonable. I'll definitely hire them again.

The plumber diagnosed the issue much faster than expected and replaced a worn mixing valve inside the wall. He tested the water several times afterward to make sure it stayed consistent. Shower finally feels normal again after months of frustration.
