He went above and beyond when obstacles appeared in his way, like when we realized the previous homeowner had messily DIYed all the windows currently downstairs, which David took in stride. My new windows look fantastic. On top of that, I'm pretty sure he left my basement floor cleaner than it was when he arrived.
