- NBNorma BestApr 29, 20265.0A tree fell on the house during a storm. It cause extensive damage to several areas of the house. New Life Contracting (Tyler) managed his teams on 3 different projects. He also worked with the insurance adjuster, so I didn't have to worry, he made it stressfree. Tyler was able to get the same shingles (newer roof) to match the other slopes. He went over and beyond! The crews came out to repair the areas of their expertise. The crews did a professional job. The gutters/downspouts were 9 months old when damaged. His gutter crew replaced the couple of damaged sections and wow the gutters look like they did before the damage. New Life Contracting is a great company. Wonderful customer service (Tyler) and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Chris helped us throughout a 6-month period of trying to get our roof covered through State Farm. He definitely went above and beyond with writing letters back and forth with State Farm and always keeping us in the loop. We are so blessed that he came into our life at the right time and helped us through this horrible process of trying to get approved. If I could give him 10 stars I would! What is a supplement?
A supplement is a request for additional funds that New Life Contracting may submit to your insurance company. This occurs when unforeseen factors arise during repairs, such as building code requirements, labor considerations, or the need for additional materials.
Why is my mortgage company on the insurance check - what do I do?
Your mortgage company appears on the insurance check due to their financial interest in the property. To release the funds, contact your mortgage company's loss draft or property damage department promptly to obtain the necessary forms.
Do I need to obtain a permit?
New Life Contracting will handle the acquisition of all required permits and assist in coordinating their closure. You don't need to obtain the permits yourself.
What happens with left over materials?
To prevent project delays, we order additional materials. Any unused materials after project completion will be collected by the supplier and returned to their inventory.
