    Mike the Carpet Guy helped us with carpet and vinyl plank flooring to finish our basement in St. Paul. We were very satisfied with the quality, price, and timeliness of the project. Unfortunately, it has been just two years since the project and a piece of the flooring border has become unglued. I have reached out multiple times via phone and text to the company with no response. They will not be getting return business from us if this is the poor customer service they have with no response or follow up.

    We installed in 2023. Carpet was loose. Emailed and tried to contact them. No response back. Go with someone else. Mike comes out for the estimates but hires whoever for installation. Go with someone else.
