  This is our second time using RetroGreen Energy in our 1920's house; the first was a few years ago to insulate our attics, and they did a fantastic job. Now we're redoing the wall insulation, which includes vermiculite removal. It isn't cheap, but we've been impressed with their work, and friends who have redone their wall insulation through RetroGreen have been very pleased with the results. They have been very professional in all our dealings.

  I had four different companies -- the four with the highest reviews in the Twin Cities metro area -- come out to give me an estimate to have my attic and rim-joist cavities insulated. I worked extensively with Don who stood out for his deep knowledge -- mastery, I would even say -- of insulation and building science, for his professionalism, and for his passion. He was more than willing to patiently and clearly answer my many, many questions -- and he never once put any pressure on me. Indeed, of the four companies I interacted with, two of them basically sent salesmen to my house. RetroGreen sent Don who provided me with information, gave me options, answered my questions, and let me move at my pace and make my own decisions. The estimate I was given was detailed, precise, and very competitive. I would definitely recommend working with this company from the perspective of honesty, quality, and value.

  Gavin was excellent and the whole crew was very polite and thoughtful. I had their foam wall insulation inserted to my exterior walls from inside the house, and through my stucco exterior for my bathroom. They made it work with my house and needs. Mega thumbs up dudes. Thanks!
