- DMDarren MaranellSep 16, 20263.0Hi pressure sales. I fell for it. 18 months no internet no payments is a lie. Installers seemed to do a good job but windows and wood work and carpet were left dirty. Actually the windows weren't washed at all. One Installer brought 3 of his small children to our install. Im still waiting for them to come back to clean the windows. Probably won't happen.
- RHRobert HansonSep 9, 20265.0Everyone was helpful all the way from sales to the installation in the end product looks very nice. We are very happy with our new shower
- MKMaggie KluverSep 8, 20261.0Canceled my 6:30 pm appointment by text at 6:11 pm. It was a 3 hour drive for them, so they could have canceled three hours before when they were supposed to leave the office.
- AMAshley MishekSep 3, 20265.0Thank you Dennis B! We truly appreciate the time you took to listen to our needs, walk us through the process, and share your expertise. We left the consultation feeling informed not pressured.
- JAJerome AndersonAug 30, 20265.0Mad City put in a new tub/ shower and another shower for us. The work was very well done and we are very satisfied. The crew was respectful of our home and open to answering any questions. We also had a new bathroom window put in and it color matched both inside and out. We are very satisfied with Mad City and would use them again if needed.
