The crew was respectful of our home and open to answering any questions. We also had a new bathroom window put in and it color matched both inside and out. We are very satisfied with Mad City and would use them again if needed.

We built a trusted relationship which helped us to decide to go forward with our project of removing our existing tub/shower and converting the space into a walk-in shower. Our installer was Manuel. The estimated arrival time was between 8am-10:00am. He arrived at 8:20. He did a very good job with the entire project. We would recommend Mad City for a bathroom project.

They even provided the progress photos I requested. Both were very professional, courteous, and respectful of my home. Everything was left clean, and my new shower is beautiful. I highly recommend Steve and Dean for any tub or shower project. They explained all the paperwork clearly, were easy to reach by phone whenever I had questions, and made me feel well taken care of throughout the entire process. I couldn’t be happier with the finished product!
