  Mark did a great job installing the new water heater and filter! Just been really happy with the whole team. Mark worked hard on the installation and took time to explain the water filter and water heater. He was very helpful. Andrias Tapa and Gavin Meyer have been super to work with!

  Every time I've come in to connection with folks at this company, they've been all really helpful and not aggressive in any sales tactics. Today I had a plumber by the name of Travis Wang and he was phenomenal. Super helpful on an easy issue got it fixed was able to help out with a couple other issues and some guidance.

  Jeremy came out to look at our water heater. He was very knowledgeable, and thorough in his assessment. No hard sales push and actually made recommendations that were customer-beneficial and gave us several options to consider Went over and above, great asset for his company.

  Erick did a fantastic job really happy to have him. Customer service is on point shelter assure that he did the job well and he was more than willing to provide education so that I had understanding on what services are received and when I brought something to his attention he jumped right on it.

  I really cannot thank Alex enough for his support a few weeks ago when I was experiencing a plumbing emergency with tree roots growing through the main line & causing problems in the basement of my home (I will spare you a picture of that disaster). While it has unfortunately been an issue before — I'm so thankful that On Time Service Pros has always provided very prompt, kind and courteous service when emergencies happen. Alex was very efficient with resolving the problem within a short period of time, and generously provided suggestions for me to monitor and prevent the issue from happening again in the future. As a first-time home owner, that level of support means a lot! He offered knowledge about the subject that I previously did not know and had even recommended me to a local company that provides restoration services for water damage. Alex was so supportive and approachable that I was comfortable enough to share other projects around the house that I've been meaning to complete (such as a garage door fix) and he informed me that On Time Service Pros now provides garage door services and also has a membership program that includes discounted repairs, services and other perks. I will definitely look into that program and follow up on the garage door fix soon. Thank you Alex & On Time Service Pros team for a job well done — I sincerely appreciate you!
