- DWDiana Wittrock5 days ago2.0First let me explain we received 2 separate services from On Time. HVAC service went well and the the 2 service men were professional. We were satisfied and agreed to pay for the maintenance plan service checks. We would have given them a 4 or 5 star. BUT it's the 2nd service for plumbing that our confidence in On Time went south fast! We wanted 3 turn off valves replaced. The first quote for each was just under $900 each shown to me. The service guy was unprofessional and talked us out of doing 2 of the jobs for reasons that made it sound like he really didn't WANT to do the work. He admitted he never did one of the replacement of the type of valves and called a buddy to ask if it's worth doing. He ignored that it was what we wanted done! Also the prices changed when my husband looked at the quotes closer to $800-$700 for each.🤔 Still ridiculous pricing!! We had him do one valve because it was leaking and it had to be fixed. We were very dissatisfied with the service! We ended up cancelling the maintenance plan service because the women in the office of On Time my husband spoke with had an attitude of "o'well" she didn't try to reconcile the situation at all. Terrible customer service from those 2 employees who ruined our confidence in On Time. We called a local plumber and he did the 2 remaining values for under $700 for both valves!!! Yeah, we won't be using On Time again!! Too expensive and lacking in customer service!!! We really should have received some type of compensation.

Both times the technicians were great. Dorrian and Tyler were the technicians and they both were friendly, timely and easy to talk to! Both times, they explained how the systems work, how to keep up with regular routine homeowner maintenance and answered all our questions. I’ll definitely be calling them in the future!
