  We had a mini split installed, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The technician (Zak) arrived on time, was professional, and took the time to explain every step of the installation process in a way that was easy to understand. Throughout the job, they checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable with the placement and answered all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. The installation was clean, efficient, and the attention to detail was impressive. Everything was tested before they left, and they made sure we knew how to operate the system and maintain it. It’s refreshing to work with a company that truly values customer service and communication. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality mini split installation.

  Matt Peterson was very professional, and on time and provided an explanation of what he was doing and kept me informed on what was needed for my AC unit to properly thrive. He assessed the unit and broke down everything that he was going to do. The cost was reasonable and was given upfront prior to starting any work. I highly recommend this company and Matt if I need any other AC services I will definitely be reaching back out to them if you’re looking for a AC maintenance installation of new unit units do not hesitate to reach out to them.

  Tom Marthaler was outstanding! I really appreciated that he took the extra time to clean our AC unit, especially since I believe it was his last service call on a warm Saturday evening. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to clearly explain the repairs that were needed while thoroughly answering all of my questions. It's rare to find someone who goes the extra mile at the end of a long day, and Tom did exactly that. His excellent customer service and attention to detail were greatly appreciated. I would absolutely request Tom again for any future service. Highly recommend!

  Riley, a knowledgeable technician, visited my house to diagnose the issue with my AC. He had a clear plan to troubleshoot the problem, but unfortunately, it turned out that my AC needed to be replaced. Two days later, Seth, another professional technician, arrived to install the new AC. He had a well-thought-out plan and walked me through the installation process of my new AC, furnace, and smart thermostat, which I can control remotely. We’ve had a fantastic experience with On Time Service Pro. I’ve even signed up for their VIP services. They’re a great locally owned business, and while I appreciate the convenience of larger entities, I prefer to support local businesses whenever possible. If you need prompt and professional service, I highly recommend giving On Time Service Pros a call.
