  Chris came out to check on and fix my noisy boiler and do a maintenance check on my ducted mini split. Great work! He was super thorough and detailed and gave me great tips to help me maintain my systems between visits. I highly recommend Chris and Mike’s Mechanical.

  Mikes installed our AC system in our 100yr old house and they did a wonderful job and they also annually service our AC and heating system. They are punctual, fast, and if there is an issue they find it and fix it. Seth M. was my tech and did a great job.

  Carter from Mike’s Mechanical is amazing. He is a brilliant and extremely talented plumber and technician and ALWAYS goes above and beyond. I’ve used him and Mike’s on 2 properties with wonderful results. Mike’s mechanical will have a customer in me for life because of their amazing customer service. Always reasonably priced, very nice guys and Fantastic service every single time!! I have used Mike’s and Carter on 2 properties now and they are simply the best. They get the job done am educate you on what to do at the same time. Look no further than Mike’s and Carter for top notch service, experienced professionals and so kind and excellent to work with.   Mike's gave us a call before coming and even checked to make sure it was ok to come early. Really appreciated that. Carter came and did a excellent job explaining the issue to me and telling me all that he was going to. He was clearly knowledgeable, friendly and professional and the job was done fast. Would absolutely recommend Carter and would hire Mike's again!!

  I’ve had good service with Mike’s before but this time I was disappointed in the quality of work that was performed. I basically had a sink/faucet installed in the garage and then another faucet tied into the new faucet that I can use for washing cars. The tech didn’t have the tools needed to complete the job and asked to use a couple of my step bits to drill holes in some stainless steel that we were using as a base to mount the car wash faucet to the side of the cabinet. The tech used the box that the faucet came in as his platform to drill holes through the metal. Both step bits got so hot that not only did it ruin them, the box was smoldering when I walked into the garage to check on his progress. Also, when the tech attached the stainless to the side of the cabinet, the screws he used (9 of them) were too long and now protrude about a 1/4” into the inside of the cabinet creating a hazard if someone reaches into the cabinet to get something and they’re not paying attention. When the tech was finished with everything including a leak test of the sink he packed up his tools and took everything out to his truck. This gave me a chance to inspect everything and try the sink. Upon turning the faucet on, I opened the cabinet door only to find water dripping from the trap. I brought it to his attention and he fixed the leak. By this point, I think the tech realized my demeanor and offered a customer satisfaction discount of $150 which is fair, it more than covers my tools that were damaged. Again, my experience in the past with Mike’s was excellent and I will use them again, I just won’t let this particular tech work at my house again. To be fair, he was very courteous but his attention to detail was less than acceptable.
