  Travis worked hard during the time he was here. The issue we have is with the work plan Travis was given. It was obvious to all that pressure washing alone was not working. The plan should have been to initially apply the stain remover, then water blast and then spot sand. Our $2000 job jumped to $3000 and me and my wife spent several hours sanding the deck. This delay caused the work to be delayed. When he applied the stain only about 12 hours of drying was reached before the rains came. Travis deserved 5 stars but the work plan only rated one star. $3000 is a lot of money to pay for what we ended up with.
