I was in a real rush so I called ahead and Scott had everything ready to go when I got there. He had me pull right in to the loading area when I got there and the scissor lift was on the forklift waiting for me. By the time I had the lift chained down, Scott had the paperwork on the dash of my truck. I think the entire deal took less than 5 minutes. The Rochester location has always given the greatest service and goes above and beyond every time I need them!

This place has changed over the years. The customer service guy was great for sure. However, the yard is a different story. They will no longer load and unload for you. You must do it yourself. Chain up? Do it yourself. The employees in the yard were also unprofessional and eagerly displayed the point they didnt care and didnt want to help. Very disappointed with the service in the yard. Probably will not rent from here again because of this. I would prefer to go to a rental company that cares about its customers and making things easy for them, not putting them to work.
