  This was my plumbing check part of the Comfort plan. It has been a great plan to be part of as it allows for preventive care before they become issues.The technician was great during the inspection, it was quick and easy. It also provided preventive tasks to consider in the future.

  Sam was very easy to work with and was very diligent about making sure everything was up to my expectations. He cleaned up the area very well and didn't leave a mess. After the installation he asked me if I had any questions and walked me through the new digital thermostat. Definitely would work with him again. Thanks

  I got several estimates for a new AC , and this was the best deal I got for a Carrier. The installation appointment began awkwardly because I did not know beforehand that potential movement (due to new building codes perhaps) of the outside unit needed HOA approval. All involved parties met outside the unit within 30 minutes, and the new unit would not have to be moved after all. Cody began the work promptly after that, and the new indoor and outdoor units were up and running in about 6 hours.

  I had a fantastic experience with Tonna this morning. Adrian came out to complete my annual plumbing maintenance through Tonna’s Comfort Club and I think he really went above and beyond. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient with all of my questions. I had several concerns and he took time to explain available options including the advantages and drawbacks of repair vs replacement. He also shared some important considerations for future improvements and some potential shortcuts other plumbers may try to take when doing them. He made sure I understood everything without ever making me feel he needed to rush to another job. I’ve had the Comfort Club membership for 5 years. Tonna has continually demonstrated they will genuinely listen to concerns rather than trying to pressure me into unnecessary repairs or purchases. Adrian provided that same no-pressure, customer-first approach in every part of his visit today. I came away feeling informed and respected. Highly recommend!

  I had a very disappointing experience with Tonna Mechanical. I initially called because I suspected something wasn't right with my air conditioner and wanted it checked out. Before the technician even came out, I was encouraged to sign up for a maintenance membership for $19.99 per month for a year because it would waive the $81 dispatch fee. At the time, that sounded like a reasonable deal. The technician spent about 20 minutes inspecting my AC and told me it was approximately one pound low on refrigerant. He said adding refrigerant would cost an additional $209, but he did not actually recommend doing it at that time. Despite no repairs being performed and no refrigerant being added, I was charged $198 for the visit. When you add the first month's membership fee, I paid $217.99 and left with the exact same problem I started with. What makes this even more frustrating is that I'm now committed to paying $19.99 per month for 12 months—a total of $239.88—for a membership I never would have purchased if I had known I'd still be paying nearly $200 for a brief inspection with no work completed. The math simply doesn't add up. I essentially paid over $200 to save an $81 dispatch fee. I understand that diagnostic visits have value and technicians deserve to be paid for their time. However, I believe the membership was presented as a way to save money, when in my case it ended up costing significantly more without providing any real benefit. I left feeling misled and disappointed, and I won't be using Tonna Mechanical again.
