  Happy with my new furnace and AC installed by Sam, who also cleaned up my furnace room by moving/upgrading some of the vents used by the previous furnace and current water heater. The new AC was cleanly installed in a new location due to it being larger than the unit it replaced after we discussed location options and what the pipes/cables would look like when finished.

  Tonna was fantastic every single step of the way. The value of what we got at the price quoted was the best in the area. I didn't want the cheapest, could do the most expensive, and they gave me multiple options to decide what level is best for our family and budget. Installation was very tidy, and they picked up after themselves completely! They worked with me to move a plant that was situated where the AC needed to be installed and handled that plant with care and respect. They taught us how to use the new system, especially the fancy air purification, and came back to the house when I had a question about one of the components, though everything was running correctly and well. No one I know enjoys spending this amount of money, especially when their current AC and furnace work (though struggling and we're costing us a lot of money due to their age and low efficiency). That all said, Tonna's attitude, level of expertise, superior customer service, and follow through provided so much value and confidence in the products and service we received, I'm happy our money went to Tonna. I would recommend them as a business and the techs and staff individually over and over again. Thank you! (I received nothing free, nor did I receive any kind of reward for this review. This is just an honest representation if how well everything went!). Wonderful company!

  I highly recommend Sam and Zach from Tonna Mechanical. They recently installed a new furnace and AC at my home, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. They were prompt, communicative, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They kept me informed throughout the process, answered questions, and left the work area better than when they arrived! That level of care and attention is appreciated. They also passed the most important test; our dog Lucy liked them. And as everyone knows, dogs are excellent judges of character. Overall, Sam and Zach represented Tonna Mechanical extremely well. Great workmanship, great communication, great people!

  Technician did not arrive during the scheduled window between 9:30am-1pm, nor did I receive a call to inform me he was running behind schedule. When the technician arrived 40 minutes late, there was no apology for his lateness. Mind you, this was a reschedule of a previous appointment that Tonna Mechanical had to reschedule because their technicians were running late on the previous appointment I had set. I wish I could say this is only the first time I’ve had this experience with them, but it is not. I will not be renewing my annual maintenance contract.

  During a pre-season system check it was determined that we had some issues that required either a $300-$400 band-aid to safely start the cooling season or some more significant repairs to help better attempt survival of the 3026 summer. The system was installed when our townhome was built 22 years ago, and we have witnessed HVAC vendor trucks start to visit our neighborhood about three years ago, and we had started to make plans for “our turn”. We got some competitive quotes for a full heating and cooling solution. Mason Duckett was the sales consultant we worked with at Tonna who came to assess our needs and determine what Carrier products had the functions, features, and price that worked best for us. He also handled scheduling our installation in an expeditious manner (called on a Monday, and got the install scheduled the Friday of the same week!) The installers, Bailey and Jeff, showed up at 8 a.m. on the dot and worked efficiently to remove the old units and have the new units installed, tested, and ready to demo by 3 p.m. The install was clean, the work area were cleaned up (I guess there was another unnamed team of Tonna bears that picked.up the old stuff unnoticed!) The system is simple yet very functional, and it slid into our home environment without much, if any, fuss. And it’s cool! Very, very cool. Literally! (Will have to finish this review in the Fall!)
