We got an estimate for the repair from another company and were quoted several thousand dollars for new springs. Adam from Quality Overhead Door came out for second opinion and noticed the only thing needed was to adjust one of the cables. Easy, cheap fix, nothing else needed. So glad we got an honest and knowledgeable person to come look, thank you Adam!
