- TCTim ChandlerSep 17, 20265.0Adam came out to perform a quote. He was incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with. Really sold me on the 24/7 service (which I put to the test) and didn’t oversell me on unnecessary features based on my needs and wants. I had quoted a few other installers in the area for a new insulated garage door and opener, and Quality OHD came in with the best value. Adam was patient with us while we made our decision but was prompt with the quote and install. The day after I signed the proposal, my old opener crapped out. Adam sent someone out to install the new opener right away while we waited for the new door to come in. The level of service and quality is exactly what I was looking for and they came in at what I had budgeted for.
- JPJake PetersMay 13, 20265.0Something went wrong with our garage door - it was crooked with a gap on one side when it closed. We got an estimate for the repair from another company and were quoted several thousand dollars for new springs. Adam from Quality Overhead Door came out for second opinion and noticed the only thing needed was to adjust one of the cables. Easy, cheap fix, nothing else needed. So glad we got an honest and knowledgeable person to come look, thank you Adam!
