  They'll do what it takes to make it right, and that's what counts. Of course there were some minor hiccups along the way, but all of the techs that helped install my heat pump were courteous, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. My questions and concerns were answered thoroughly and without dismissal. The price was fair and the warranty matched or exceeded other bids I received. K & S was recommended to me by more than one person and I can see why. They've got my recommendation as well! Thanks Nick, Lee, Kyler, Brandon and Eric!

  We found K&S via an internet search. They were able to come two days after our call, which was greatly appreciated. The technician-Andrew, was very prompt and efficient. He was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed and repaired the leaky pipe in the basement. I would highly recommend K&S.

  Braden is a technician you need to keep and never lose because he is a huge asset to your company. From the moment he entered our home, he was warm, friendly, and personable, which is another huge win for your business. Braden walked us through our 1999 trailer that we are currently flipping and showed us everything that was wrong with our unit. He patiently answered all of our questions—and we had a lot of them. Unfortunately, we have quite a few issues to address, but Braden never once pressured us into buying anything or tried to make a sale. He informed us about your financing options and provided quotes for each job so we could better plan our expenses instead of having to come up with a large amount of money all at once. He also inspected our AC unit, told us what year it was manufactured, and honestly explained that it was still in good shape. What stood out the most was Braden’s honesty. At no point did he tell us we “needed” to buy something or push unnecessary repairs. Instead, he openly explained all of our options and allowed us to make informed decisions. We truly appreciate that level of integrity and professionalism. Because of our experience with Braden, he will be our technician for life, and we plan to continue doing a lot of business with your company. Employees like him are hard to find. He absolutely deserves a raise or a promotion—in my personal opinion. Thank you, Braden, for your outstanding service.

  The technician was excellent. They responded promptly, communicated clearly, and provided great service throughout the entire process. I was very pleased with their professionalism and the quality of their work. My only concern is with the company’s support structure. When the technician encountered an issue that required immediate assistance, there was no direct way for them to contact the office. Instead, they were forced to navigate an AI system, which delayed resolution and created unnecessary frustration. While AI can be helpful for routine matters, there should be a direct line of communication available for technicians when urgent issues arise in the field. Overall, I had a positive experience because of the technician, but I believe improving the communication process between field staff and the company would greatly benefit both employees and customers.

  Rusty was the most knowledgeable person about his work and many other things that I have met before. He did a very good job. He had to order parts come back twice and make sure that everything worked and it all happened very efficiently. He’s a friendly and very helpful person. He made sure that the cost was only his service call because it was all under warranty. Thank you.
