  From my initial call all the way to when Cael D knocked on my door the staff was very friendly. I had some exposed wires on my a\c unit and also had them look at some condensation buildup in my furnace. Cael was great very knowledgeable and friendly, awesome work. Thank you!

  We had a water leak under our concrete in our basement. It was discovered late in the day and I called K&S. At 4:30 PM, Drew, from K&S was at our house the same day. Drew exhausted all resources when assessing our situation. It was finally narrowed down to an area where the water line was buried in our slab. Drew was very determined to zero in the leak, which he did. All the while, Drew was respectful and would stop to listen if we had questions. The very next morning, a team of two K&S plumbers were at our door at 8AM. Jackhammer in hand, they went to work. The compromised copper line was cut out and the leak was was fixed within a few hours. These two individuals worked hard and didn't stop working until the job was finished. All in all, an urgent phone call was made, a very hidden leak was located, and the leak was repaired. ALL of this happened in less than 24 hours. Amazing work from the entire K&S team. From the Kayla, who received my phone call, to the rest of team who located and repaired the leak. Thank you! There is no question I will be calling AND recommending K&S for any plumbing needs.

  Dan A. Did a great job with the plumbing for my water heater. Dawson S. Went upbove and beyond with installing new breakers/load controller for the water heater. We had the wrong size water heater the first day they came out and had to exchange it. They were able to fit us in the schedule the next day to finish their work Highly recommend K&S for any work you may need.

  Jesse came out and gave us a bid for a new furnace and AC unit, he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He was patient with us and explained the information so we were able to understand it all and pick the unit that was most fit for our household!

  Edited: I got a call from the service manager, Todd, and he was very helpful. He set up my communication preferences with me as primary contact, and got us the assistance we needed in fixing the (small) damage that was done during a project. K&S has always done good work for us, but the communication was not as good as I’d hoped. I’m the one who contacted the business, signed the contract, coordinate the work and make sure they get paid. So tell me why, at every opportunity, this company calls my HUSBAND instead of me to discuss work. He told them he doesn’t know anything about it and to call me, but they kept calling him. I had his contact information removed from our account because this was such a problem. Somehow, when I get emails to my personal inbox from this company, they are still addressed TO MY HUSBAND. We had some damages done during the recent work K&S did and I have been in contact multiple times to try to resolve it. I left a voicemail with the manager, and never received a response, but the second my husband calls, the manager is happy to reassure and work with him. This isn’t innocent, or harmless, it’s sexism and it’s a waste of both my and my husband’s time.
