They worked well with us and the other contractor and completed the work timely and with high quality. What impressed me more is we had a small leak at the faucet after paying the bill. It was a defective new faucet and completely out of their control to know this. They happily stood behind their work and put in a new part and made sure we were satisfied. I will use them in the future for all of our plumbing needs!
- RSRyan SmyrkAug 14, 20265.0Great experience with Action Plumbing and Heating. I was having issues with the boiler in my house not heating the water or responding to the thermostat correctly. The person in the office who scheduled my service was knowledgeable, and sent Josh M. to help me out. Josh did an excellent job. He found causes to the problems quickly, made calls to the boiler manufacturer, was able to order needed parts, followed up when he said he would, and had the system running properly as soon as parts were shipped. Gave great explanations and recommendations to keep the system maintained. Definitely will call Action Plumbing/Heating again for plumbing needs.
