★★★★★ 5 Stars – Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! On October 14, I went to get a glass of water in the morning and noticed our kitchen rug was wet. After emptying everything from underneath the sink, I discovered our garbage disposal was leaking. I immediately called Action Plumbing & Heating in Rochester. The receptionist was absolutely wonderful! She tried to get someone out that very day, but I assured her it wasn’t an emergency since I had a bucket underneath. She was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day! Andrew, our service technician, arrived right on time and got straight to work. He was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Our sink required a different part, and fortunately, Andrew had exactly what he needed in his van! He completed the installation, thoroughly checked everything for leaks, and we now have a brand-new, upgraded 1/2 HP garbage disposal! I knew this job was way above my pay grade, so I’m incredibly glad I called the professionals! From the wonderful receptionist to Andrew’s excellent workmanship, the entire experience was fantastic. Fast scheduling, prompt arrival, professional service, and a job well done! 100% recommend Action Plumbing & Heating! Five stars all the way around!

We had an after hours emergency with a pipe leak in our basement that had to be taken care of immediately. Our service technician, Josh, came out within the hour. He was very courteous and explained the after hours pricing in advance, so there was no surprise. He was also conscientious of getting the Job done quickly for us. He was in and out and had the problem fixed in less than a half an hour! We would highly recommend Action plumbing and heating to anyone who would ask us! We are repeat customers and will definitely use them again in the future.

I work with action plumbing for my hvac maintenance every season and they have always provided excellent, honest service. Josh spends time going over everything with me which is great because this was our first home and also first time in the Midwest so there were a lot of unfamiliar parts in our home. Any issues we had were promptly solved and fixed. They are my go to team for anything related to my hvac/utility room!

Action plumbing has always been our go to. Our air conditioner wasn’t working properly on a Sunday and we called and someone got ahold of us right away Monday morning. They couldn’t get to us till Tuesday but ended up finishing a job quicker so they came to us. Our capacitor on our AC was a goner. Josh took the time to explain what that meant and what ways to help us maintain our A/C unit better.
