  Jade was very thoughtful, through and even came back to help talk to Center Point energy when I was having a difficult time with them. He was kind, trustworthy and made me feel comfortable in a very stressful long situation. He also called the next morning to follow up- thank you Jade!

  Needed to replace a water heater. Called Ben Franklin for service/estimate and they had a service tech (professional, personable, knowledgeable and efficient) at my home the following day. The estimate provided was very competitive with other providers.. Excellent product, installation, clean up and education on water heater features and maintenance. I highly recommend this company and plan to use them for my future plumbing and electrical needs.

  Showed up on time, was friendly and fixed the issue. Unfortunately I am now $650+ out of pocket for a small toilet clog that took a mere 45 minutes to fix. Yes - I agreed to pay for it so on me but felt obligated since I have their Franklin Society membership which means no trip fees and I already delayed having it repaired for 2 weeks, which my family was not happy about. I was recently quoted $2,000 from them to change an older gate valve to a ball valve. I declined as that is a ridiculous quote in a very accesible area in basement. They make up for it by gouging the customer for repair.. Do yourself a favor and find someone else. Don't rely on the Franklin Society membership either, it's a set-up to charge excessive repairs.

  Great customer service! Technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and very respectful when entering and exiting our house. They immediately knew what was wrong when the first company didn’t. They got us in right away for our repair and were great. Our technicians were Joseph Stark, Tyler Cavallin and Daunte Jackson. They were all excellent! Joesph Stark was the first person who found out what was wrong and set this all up and went above and beyond. Tyler and Daunte were there the next day and were very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend this company to everyone!

  Bryan arrived on time. At first He told me what he was going to do with my main drain. He did the camera scoping and told me what he found out. He explained in detail what my options were to get the work done and to rectify the problem. I then told him I was interested in getting a liner in the pipes and with the knowledge he had about the job he shared the process. He did tell me that Joe was the main person to explain the job in detail. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with my issue. I would recommend him to discuss and do the plumbing work in my house.
