  Had a pipe leak in my basement ceiling, water everywhere. Jase came quickly and was able to fix the problem fast so we could get water back! He took the time to explain everything and checked to make sure all my questions were answered. As the woman in charge of our house maintenance, bonus points to Jade for never asking for my husband to come make any decisions.

  Northern Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is the way to go! From the website to their pricing to their communication, you'll know that you called the right company for service. Our plumbing issue was a clogged drain with a bit of standing water. Trevor was our technician. We were notified of Trevor in the communication process and Trevor himself called about 30 minutes before arrival to personally introduce himself which made the entire process very comfortable. After the initial review of the plumbing issue we were having, Trevor communicated in detail, the rest of the appointment, including the price and duration of this project. He has a great way of listening to the customer as well as educating the how and why of the plumbing issue, making me feel very comforted. You can tell that Trevor really cares for his customers and takes the time necessary to ensure they are happy. Most of all, it was very apparent that Trevor's working style is to do everything the "right way". He was thorough, even with cleaning up the area once completed. As a plumber's daughter, I could tell Trevor was trustworthy and didn't cut corners or rush to complete the issue. I would highly recommend Trevor and Northern Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for your plumbing needs. The price and customer service are worth it!!!

  Absolutely the worst experience I have had in a long time. I called them and was able to schedule easily over the telephone understanding there would be a $99 trip charge and assume the work would be around $200- $300 for simple work on a toilet. They did not provide any guidance over the telephone and I was told they are not able to provide quotations that way regardless. They showed up and immediately tried to upsell me on additional subscription services and proceeded to show me options between $2000 and $1200. Mind you this is just inner workings and valve replacement of a toilet - not a new toilet. I would appreciate a full refund for the trip feel as I was not fully informed of pricing even at a basic level.

  Highly recommend using Northern Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! We originally had Roto-Rooter come out for an emergency repair because they were able to get to our house the quickest, but unfortunately, we had a pretty disappointing experience with them. Joe from Northern Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came out today and completely changed our experience. He provided better pricing, a better warranty, and excellent customer service. Joe was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. We really appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend Northern Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing work!
