  I called and asked if I could get service due to a pinhole leak in my plumbing, Eric switched a few things around and got a tech out to my house within a few hours. Logan company was very professional I would definitely utilize them again I appreciate all the help that you gave me. Now if you can help me with some Sheetrock LOL.

  Sean Traynor is an outstanding service pro working for a great company in Logan Companies. Sean did a great job on some post-home purchase fixes for me and has really become more than just a service tech he's more like my HVAC consultant. He's has helped me with Ecobee installations provided timely advice on some of the upcoming regulations that may pertain to my heating and cooling needs. He is informed and efficient in getting the work done and his quality is top-notch. Great reflection on Logan Companies.

  I debated on writing a review, it’s been 2 weeks… I wanted to like this company but my husband and I are very unhappy with their installation. The chimney is twisted slightly and not level. We wanted the gap completely filled on both sides to be able to paint and there is a 4 inch gap not done on both sides because the installer didn’t have the right saw or something. We can’t paint it properly to match our wall with a gap. The installer left greasy fingerprints all over the unit which is a very big eye sore in our newly constructed kitchen area. And lastly we had just had our entire kitchen painted including the ceiling and the installer scraped the fresh paint. On top of that there was drywall dust left all over my stovetop and counters and not cleaned up. I’m a mom of 5 kids, other companies that have come into my home have cleaned their messes whether with a shop vac or cleaning rags. Maybe my husband and I have high standards but to leave a worksite like this is frustrating. So we will have to grab a ladder and scrub this with stainless steel cleaner and cut a longer piece of wood to fill the gaps and shift the chimney straight. I’m thankful my husband is handy, he just doesn’t have the time to do all of these renovations on his own so we thought we would hire someone. I’m bummed it turned out like this.
