  I needed to replace my old water softener & had questions about replacing the filters (which I could no longer seem to find) for my RO system.   I was very impressed with the entire process from scheduling at Costco for the in home visit. Max was the Rep that came out to the home and he explained in detail the products, the options and cost. Also what to expect during and after installation of the water filter system. We had the free water quality analysis before and after installation which was very informative. The entire team had expert knowledge of the systems and products. The installer was very knowledgeable. We experienced great customer service and outstanding follow up after the system was installed with Greg their company Customer Satisfaction Specialist. I would highly recommend this company and the water filter system. We have no more hard water stains and no more smelly and bad tasting ice and the filtered drinking water tastes great.
