  I needed to replace my old water softener & had questions about replacing the filters (which I could no longer seem to find) for my RO system. My experience with Tri County Water Conditioning couldn’t have been better: * friendly, knowledgeable office staff * no high pressure sales pitch - Thanks Max! * seamless installation - Thanks Nick!   We are relatively new to the South suburban area and, as a result, needed to put together a new list of “trusted service providers” to help us in our new location. Typically, we rely on personal references from relatives or close friends but, when our water softener went on the fritz, I had to rely on a sticker I found on the softener and called “Tri-county Water Conditioning and “crossed my fingers” hoping for a good result. Well, I could not be more pleased with the service I have received. It is a local, family-owned company that has been in business for a long time in Prior Lake. They are friendly, response and do great work. After having them out here to work on our water softener we have since had them out to install a whole-house water filter and to do some general plumbing work. In the process we have dealt with Chris, Mark and Adam and each of them has been prompt, courteous, respectful of our property and has provided excellent service. Tri-county Water Conditioner will be our “go to” source for all things having to do with plumbing and water conditioning. I’m really glad that the prior owner left that little sticker on the water softener!

  I called Tri-County Water with concerns over water quatlity issues. They were very pleasant and informative. I decided to have a reverse osmosis system installed. The system works smoothly and all of my water issues have resolved. I highly recommend their services.
