Five stars doesn't even touch on how happy our family is with this flooring. Our house looks totally different! In the flooring Is stunning! Thank you above all!

They were able to very effectively repair or remove 20 years worth of use and damage and really brought the beauty of the natural wood back to life. The team was very professional and very proficient. I unfortunately had to knock down two stars because there was very little after care or inspection once work completed. I discovered two rather large dents in the wall, a small gouge in the floor, exposed nail plugs left unfilled and the trim tape was never removed. I understand that these things happen, but I would have expected them to preemptively address the issues and not wait until I find them and report it...especially the two rather sizable dents in the wall. Tough call on whether I would use them again.
