  Jesse, Amy, Tracey, and Mike at Shearer Carpentry are the best people I have worked with. They were very professional, reliable, and it was a joy to have them help me with my projects, from start to finish. Jesse and Mike are brilliant carpenters. They listened to what I wanted and took great care to make each project, both big and small, even better than I could have imagined. They used their creativity and expertise to build amazing custom cedar steps that my husband and I always wanted, an incredible custom cedar pergola and a matching custom cedar arbor and gate that transformed our backyard, and custom shelves and a new mantel for our fireplace that turned out so perfect I was brought to tears. Everything is beautiful, and everyone who sees the finished work comments that it is master craftsmanship. No detail was overlooked. A little shelf, a drawer front and cabinet side, and floor trim were all stained perfectly and expertly installed. They have the highest standards for everything they do and take immense pride in their work and their business. I highly recommend Shearer Carpentry and look forward to our next projects together!

  Jesse and the Shearer team helped up complete a large scale basement remodel that required totally gutting half of our house to the studs. We now have a beautiful family room, bedroom, bathroom and laundry room our family can enjoy. Jesse got our business because of his vision and communication, he was the only contractor who came in with great ideas and really allowed us to visualize what the space could be. The team and subs were efficient and respectful of our space. The Shearer team maintained excellent communication and navigated issues related to the age of the house with fair solutions. We wouldn't hesitate to use Shearer Carpentry again and recommend them to friends and family!

  Theybdid an awesome job on our stair and railing remodel, along with painting. Our steps were custom steps and it was hard to find a contractor to take on the project. They killed it! Highly recommend!

  Master Bath Remodel - this remodel was a long time coming and well worth the wait. Working with Shearer Carpentry was easier than many projects I’ve had in the past. It had some blips, which is always expected when doing any type of project but it’s how those “blips” are dealt with that matter. I can honestly say Shearer Carpentry was on top of everything, very responsive when I had questions or concerns. And, all of this took place while I was in a different country. An entire remodel project happened via, text, phone, email and FaceTime. Way to go guys! Great work!
