- EOEvie OberdorferMay 30, 20261.0The products here are wonderful. However, a man at the front desk saw me with my medical service dog/not an emotional support dog. He aggressively jumped up telling me that dogs aren’t allowed in the store. I said he was a MEDICAL service dog and the ADA requires entrance. To which he demanded to see my registration papers. He was so confrontational,following up with “anyone can buy a harness on Amazon! .. and continued on with more. By this time i was pissed and replied accordingly. The dog’s registration info was on his harness. He continued accusing me of lying. We had an appointment and he proceeded to make a whispered comment to the sales woman. When we walked away from the front desk he and another man at the front desk were laughing and joking about us loud enough so that we both could hear. The ADA allows businesses only to ask if it’s a medical service dog and what is he trained to do. I would have shown papers but the law states that it is illegal to ask this of someone with ADA status. A very hostile atmosphere to which there was no apology. Signed, disgusted.
- EMEric MillerApr 3, 20265.0I don't write many reviews but the customer service I received was so excellent I wanted to give a shout-out to Noah that I spoke with on the phone- not sure if he works on the website team or if he is at this location in my home state.... Noah took nearly 45 mins helping me find the correct side-sprayer replacement for our kitchen sink... I was very frustrated after having a local plumbing company basically not fixing the issue or offer to find the part, and calling Ferguson reminded me of what a good customer experience should be... I just want a functional kitchen sink, not a replacement! Part was received and installed yesterday (took maybe 2 mins) and now our sink is working again. Great job Ferguson team, and you will be getting my business for any plumbing needs going forward. Eric
