Excellent service! Burners and control board were replaced under warranty even though this was not a furnace they sell or install. Gave the furnace a good physical.

Austin, came out today to hook up our new tube heater. He was very knowledgeable and most of all, was right on time. We have always had amazing service when using Dale's Heating.

Just moved to pine city last year so didn't know what businesses to trust. Had a bad experience with a different company quoting my wife almost 3k to replace a water heater while I was working in Montana. Anyway we had a baby last week during the cold snap and when we got home the boiler wasn't working. I called Dales and let them know and they squeezed me in for an appointment that day. They were very clear about the issue and had it fixed that week. Definitely would recommend these guys, trustworthy and kept me in the loop. Thanks guys!

Austin not only competently dealt with our HVAC issue, but also shared helpful information specifically about our heating system in a very understandable way. Thanks!!

My furnace was not working. I was fortunate that they had a cancellation and got me in sooner than having to have an emergency call. The day of, Will phoned to say he might be a few minutes late, but ended up showing up right on time. He was polite and courteous; very thorough. It turned out to not be anything serious and I was happy with the fee.
