He’s knowledgeable, reliable, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things and help us find the right solution. Having someone we can count on when issues come up with the pool has made a big difference. Mike clearly takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the people he's helping.

  I’m extremely disappointed with the communication and customer service I’ve experienced. I placed an order for a SkyPak package costing nearly $20,000.00 on August 10, with an estimated 6–7 week lead time. As of today, September 21, I still have not received a clear update on where the equipment is, when it will be delivered, or when installation will actually take place. I have repeatedly contacted the representative I’ve been working with and have been told to wait, but I have not received a specific status update or confirmed timeline. I also tried calling today exactly 11 times at different times and across Sales, Service, and Administration. Every time, I was unable to reach anyone and had to leave a voicemail. I also attempted to contact the company through the website’s Contact Us form, but the form returned an error. For a nearly $20,000.00 purchase, I expected much better communication and transparency. At this point, I am simply asking for basic information: Where is my equipment, when will it be delivered, and what is the confirmed installation date? I hope someone from the company sees this and provides a clear update.

  Troy B came by and installed our ADT cameras and did a phenomenal job we are looking to get some hvac and electrical work done in the future and we will definitely go with Troy and NCS I CANNOT RECOMMEND HIM ENOUGH

  Troy B. just can by our home to install security cameras. He could not have possibly been anymore: Polite, professional & knowledgable! It’s rare to find high-quality service these days.
