  I emailed Hurlburts and said I thought it best not to review this visit from your technician and the reasons why. However, they clearly couldn’t care less because they never replied and I kept getting pushed by the technician to provide a review so they never even bothered to talk to him about what I stated. So here goes and they asked for it: the technician was very flippant and interrupted me while trying to upsell me stating that “he wouldn’t install the new faucet I bought until I paid Hurlburts several hundred dollars to first retrofit them with under-sink exclusive water shut-off valves which by law for older homes he said “had to be installed.” I usually do my own plumbing projects until a recent shoulder surgery but I absolutely know my codes and laws for MN. This was a bold face lie or else he was extremely ill informed by his employer who is evidently out of Wisconsin which was totally opposite of my Google search looking for “nearby” plumbers in my area. So…….per the “ 2003 International Residential Code (IRC) “ older homes with a main shut off valve (which mine is less that 15 feet from these faucets) ARE NOT required to be retrofitted as long as a water-main shut off valve was already accessible (see attached print screen) and it was because I showed him. I received several bids and Hurlburts was the only one even close to $1000 just to install two existing faucets, reseal a leaky tub drain, and replace two pieces of leaky PVC. All other plumbers quoted ~ $600 because they stated that a MN retro fit law was completely false for a 38 year old decent home. I bypassed this bid and went with someone else.

  Jared from Hurlburt did an outstanding job servicing our furnace when it started malfunctioning and acting quirky. He was extremely thorough and checked everything carefully to make sure the system was working properly. He took the time to explain everything clearly and instructed me on what to watch for going forward, which I really appreciated. Jared was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. It was clear from the moment he arrived that he really knew what he was doing. I would absolutely recommend him to anybody needing furnace service or repair. Great experience from start to finish!

  Company was able to get a plumber out to me same day 😊. Jeremy N arrived on time and took a look at out back yard hose connection, was leaking Bad. He gave me estimate and he started work replacing bad pipe with Copper pipe,fitting, 1/4 turn shut off and freeze proof shutoff . It was a Super hard place to work on, somehow he got up there and replaced and rerouted pipes going to upstairs toilet and outside shut off, and moved 1/4 turn inside shut off so we can reach a whole lot easier. Bonus: It looks 1,000 time better. Thanks Jeremy. 100% Happy.
