  Jon W. was very thorough and informative on his findings. He took the time to explain the issues he came across while inspecting the A/C & HVAC unit. Jon was open & honest about the pros & cons of how to fix the problems. He was able to set up an appointment with another technician the same day to talk to us about our options on how to fix the issues he came across.

  Ben is awesome! He was very knowledgeable about the equipment, thorough, and efficient with the work that he did. He was able to trouble shoot my AC unit and accurately determine the root cause of the problem and get everything back up and running. I would absolutely recommend Ben, and Hurlburt, for anyone that has HVAC needs. If you use this review for annual review and appraisals, you should give this guy piles of money, you want to keep him around!

  Nate S was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. He explained what he was doing and why in terms I could understand. He found an issue that needed corrected as it was in violation of code and took action to fix it. The price for the services performed today were reasonable. I did not feel as though I were being goughed. I was very comfortable around Nate as he has a very pleasant manner. I would use this company again.

  Heat & humidity spiked but unfortunately our AC unit did not turn on ;-( Hurlburt was able to schedule next day repair call. Hurlburt TECH, Moe R, arrived promptly with a cheerful greeting and a smile. He completed the diagnostics for our HVAC system and fortunately found a low voltage splice/connection issue that he was an able to correct to repair our AC functionality. Moe completed a maintenance and cleaning service on our AC unit and then confirmed our HVAC system was functional. He was knowledgeable, helpful and willing to answer our questions with a smile. Highly recommend Moe R - his professionalism and effectiveness were very appreciated!
