  I can't say enough good things about J&J Northwoods Construction. Jesse and his team recently built us an absolutely stunning composite deck and concrete patio, and the transformation to our backyard has been incredible. From start to finish, the entire crew was professional, punctual, and clearly took pride in doing the job right — the attention to detail was obvious in every part of the build. What really stood out was how easy they made the whole process. Communication was great throughout, timelines were realistic and met, and the final result exceeded what we imagined. It's the kind of work that makes you excited to be outside every day. I've known the team behind J&J Northwoods for years, and their reputation for quality and integrity is well earned. If you're looking for a contractor who does beautiful, lasting work and treats you right along the way, I can't recommend them highly enough. Five stars all around — thank you to the whole crew!   After hail damaged our roof in June we went through quit a learning process between insurance and several contractors. J&J Northwoods definitely stood out as the company to go with. Jesse was exceptional to work with. His communication was open and prompt. His price was reasonable and he stayed with the roofing crew on some long days.

  We had J&J do work on our home after a storm hit our house. I would recommend this company to anyone. They helped us through the insurance process and completed the work in a timely manner. Great communication, great people and great work. Thanks J&J!

  Overall, a five star experience. Jesse gave a prompt estimate without any pushy high pressure sales tactics. Price was more than reasonable. Crew was enjoyable to work with. Came out when they said they would come out and did exceptional work from tear down to clean up. The new roof looks terrific! I would highly recommend this company!

  After getting on our roof to assess its condition, Jesse explained everything necessary for the repair and re-shingle we had requested. His straightforward answers to all questions made us confident in choosing him over the other 2 companies who looked at our roof. Both the crew who stripped the roof and repaired the soft spot and the crew that came to shingle the roof were on time, efficient and very professional. They were respectful of our property and cleaned up when they were finished. Jesse came a few times during the process to make sure his crew had everything they needed and give us an in-person update on progress. The entire job was done within 24 hours and we have a beautiful new roof that the neighbors have admired. We would highly recommend this company.
