The sales person was awful, extremely pushy and arrogant. She came into my house and proceeded to criticize my doors and windows "there rotten" and went on on a bout how bad they were. Why would I have called you if I didn't think my windows needed to be changed!?!? She also decided to tear apart the competitions windows (Anderson and Pella). she had copies of there warranty and pointed out there faults over and over. I could go on and on. The best part was after 2 hours (I was told that at max 90 min) she was insulted when my wife heard a large crash in our garage and went to see what was it was. Then she got visually upset and stormed out and never even sent the quote. Maybe they would have gotten my 20k window job if a different sales person had come out, IDK. But, maybe its the sales tactics Window World trains there Sales staff on how to criticize what the potential client has and tear into the competition. I wonder if the owners know of these practices.

We had windows installed by Window World and have been extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the company’s response afterward. We recently discovered mold developing near one of the installations, and after further independent evaluation, we were informed that faulty or inadequate insulation around the window may have contributed to the issue.
What has been most frustrating is the lack of urgency and follow-through once the problem was brought to their attention. Communication has been slow, responses have been delayed, and we have had to repeatedly push for a clear remediation plan while continuing to deal with a potentially serious issue in our home.
I understand that problems can happen with any company, but accountability and timely resolution matter. At this point, I would strongly encourage anyone considering Window World to ask detailed questions about installation practices, insulation methods, and how post-installation issues are handled before moving forward.

Crappy customer service & communication with keeping the customer in the loop, delayed projection dates for install, wrong trim color package ordered for my door twice, the first installers were terrible & had no clue of what they were doing & left my house open to the elements for over 3 hours while it was -13 below out, no temp shelter or anything to keep the cold from infiltrating the complete house & my furnace working overtime. I had to make almost all the calls to the company to get things moving. I get nothing but the run around from both Mike the manager & Ryan the Carpenter Foreman.
Will never use this company for any remodel project I do ever again!!!! This project so far from signing my contract has been going on for 8 months now & still isn't finished, was told I can't speak with the owner about this issue!!

We are so happy with our new windows from Window World! Rob and his son did a great job with the install. They were very professional, friendly and did a great job with the clean up. We would highly recommend Window World.

I have never dealt with such a messy company in my life. Windows put in a little over a year ago with mild weather. Once this past winter hit, we had condensation, ice inside and could feel cold air coming through every window. Immediately called about it and the GM was adamant that it was normal and that our house must be too humid (Nope!). It took 4 months and I lost count on how many crews came out that really were just incompetent or lazy. Had several no shows and scheduling mishaps as their scheduler had trouble getting it right. None of the windows were square and once they started taking trim off realized there was hardly any foam inside. Now that that has been redone, I see some issues with their reassembly here and there. No attention to detail or care. I had to keep on everyone to get anything done and their communication is extremely poor. I’ll have to deal with them now since I already made the mistake of using this company, but I would not advise anyone to use them.
