  My garage door needed preventative maintenance, Ashton the tech from Twin City Garage Door was personable and skilled. He identified problems with the seals. Realigned the safety switches, reprogrammed the keypad on the outside of the door and made sure to lubricant the hinges and track. TCGD has earned my business.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Twin City Garage Door, and especially their technician, Ashton R. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Ashton was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely communicative throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me informed, and made sure the job was done correctly—not just quickly. His workmanship was excellent, and he was also extremely clean and respectful of the property. When he finished, everything was left neat and orderly. What really stood out was the follow-up and communication throughout the whole process. Ashton genuinely cared about making sure everything was completed properly and that I was completely satisfied with the work. That level of professionalism and attention to detail is becoming harder and harder to find. Ashton is an excellent technician and a great example of what outstanding customer service should look like. I would highly recommend Twin City Garage Door to anyone.

  Customer service was great. They don’t use AI to schedule your appointments and you talk to an actual human which is wonderful. The service technician was kind and setting up an appointment was easy. I also think the price was extremely fair. I’m giving four stars because at payment I was told they fixed an additional thing on my garage door without telling me beforehand and added the cost to the total. Ideally, a phone call during the service to let me know ‘hey, I see this is broken too. The cost is x. Do you want me to fix that as well?’ would have been much appreciated instead of being surprised at the end.

  TCGD SAVES THE DAY! We had a awful mishap with our garage door when family members were using it. They immediately called TopGarage who said they would be out at 8am the next morning! After calling twice, that morning, I decided to make an appointment with TCGD who were able to give me cost for a new garage door openers (installed), minimal cost etc but suggested that a technician should look at the damage to determine what would be need. TopGarsge showed up late with estimate for over $2000 which we declined. They said we needed a new garage door opener plus a new spring. The next day right on time Ashton R showed up! He was knowledgeable, forthcoming, polite & a definite asset to us as well as TCGD! He assured us that we didn’t need to replace our spring, gave us options of replacing the belt on our garage door opener or installing a new opener, He explained features of the openers that TCGD carried so we were able to make an informed choice! He installed the opener that we chose & couldn’t have been more satisfied with not only the opener but the SERVICE he provided was impeccable!
