When I called to talk to them about the leak, they laughed and told me it was condensation (and even texted me a definition of condensation). It obviously was not. I have a PhD in Natural Resource Science and worked for years as a Post Doctoral Scientist in Bioproducts and Biosystems Engineering. I know a bit about engineering and science. They became belligerent toward me. I am in shock still regarding their behavior and unwillingness to take care of the problem.

Our homeowners association and the owner has attempted tor reach out to Troy multiple times for OVER 5 MONTHS without a response. If the burnt trusses don't get removed, the siding can't get put on nor the windows installed and the inside work done. He started this project in August, 2019 and it's still sitting there.
