  Communication with this company is nearly impossible. I had to contact them twice with every request. They showed up a half hour late to my estimate, and then not at all on the day of my clean. They were an hour late on the day of my clean when I called, and they asked if they could come the next day instead. They never showed up the next day. No call or anything.

  I had a very disappointing experience with this cleaning service. When the cleaners came to my house, they did a decent job but completely skipped cleaning the fridge, even though I paid for it. When I asked about it, they said they'd clean it next time. To give them another chance, I scheduled an appointment for my sister's house. Initially, they answered the phone and said they were stuck in traffic and that the crew was on the way. An hour passed, and they stopped answering our calls. This level of unreliability is unacceptable.

  We've been getting monthly cleanings for a few years now and they always do a great job and are super fast!
