  Every visit I have had from Pronto has been amazing! Every one of their employees has been kind, considerate, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! We recently had Pronto come out to fix our furnace. Jim looked over the problem, listened to all of my concerns and provided a solution that will save us money both now and in the future! When the team arrived to install the new High efficiency furnace they had to create a new exhaust vent out the side of our house built in 1925, the logistics were complicated and they created a wonderfully elegant solution. Couldn’t be happier with the entire experience from start to finish!

  Matt did a wonderful job on our hvac system. He went through the whole system and made a detailed report along with full maintenance. Pronto installed the system some years ago and we have been very happy with it. Matt went through the report with us and was very patient and easy to talk to. Thank you so much for having good folks like Matt work for you.

  Jon was great - very informative and worked with us to meet our needs. The installers and electricians were all very professional and nice. We were very impressed with the entire operation and appreciate everyone’s patience with us; especially, Connor who had so much patience helping us set everything up. (Posted on behalf of my parents)

  Pronto did an amazing job putting in my new furnace. Darran, Shane, Mitch and Mason did a fantastic job. They are extremely knowledgeable and efficient. They explained everything in a way I could understand it and took the time to help me with the app, thermostat, new furnace items. I’ve been working with Pronto for 14 years and they have never disappointed me. Their teams are professionals who arrive on time and get it done well. Thank you for the great customer orientation and work. It is important to trust someone to out in these major appliances and I trust Pronto.

  First I want to say that Andrew the service tech was great, and not at all the reason at all for the 1 star. They charged me $500 for the following. The Control board on our furnace went out which was covered by a warranty through Pronto. This repair took less than an hour. This means they charged $500 for 1 hour of work. Just labor, no parts, because parts were covered under warranty. Doing some research, on the high end the average labor rate for HVAC in MN is $175/hour. This means the average someone is charged is $175/hour for labor. I asked what was included in the $500 and it was explained to me as “this is just our service rate”. Now I understand there is a cost of doing business (i.e. truck charges, tools, paying office people, operating costs, profit, etc.) however roughly a 150% mark up on 1 hour of work is absolute robbery. And they get away with charging this much because most people, in the moment, just want to get it fixed so their family can be comfortable in their own home. Sad to see there is no honest Compaines anymore. If you don’t like your money then give them a call. But if you do value your money, I highly recommend not calling this company.
