  My phone call to Pronto was handled quickly and courteously. Communication was great. Marcus arrived within 3 hours of my call and was able to diagnose and fix the issue immediately. He was knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. I will request him again when I need my system tuned up! Thank you!

  Our ac went out during the heat wave and Pronto was there for the rescue. Charles arrived and was super friendly. Found out he grew up not too far from our home. He explained the issue with the ac and had the part available and the ac was up and running within 20 minutes. I can’t thank Pronto enough for their prompt and genuine service. I appreciate the service and glad that I have my ac now!!!

  Charles is an HVAC magician! On the hottest day of the year he was able to diagnose my dead AC in a couple of minutes: a blown 25A fuse, one of two used by my condenser unit. A minute later, bam, I've got AC again. Thanks so much for the fast fix, Charles, and thanks also for answering my noob questions in a way that made me feel not-completely-clueless!

  Logan, HVAC technician with Pronto Heating & Air Conditioning, did an excellent job today, 06/29/2026. He performed an A/C check and tune-up at my residential property. He was on time, professional, and answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. I specifically request Logan for all of my furnace and A/C tune-ups. He is very knowledgeable, highly trained and experienced, and is a tremendous asset to Pronto!
