  Tech was on point and confident in ability to diagnose/find a situation. We were looped in with a clear and simplified explanation/root cause. Issue was resolved and Tech was out the door in 45 minutes. Just wish that the new unit was installed properly the first time by Pronto.

  I had an outside AC unit fan not turn on and thought something was wrong. I contacted Pronto to get it checked out same day. Peyton arrived and he found no problems with the unit except for that it is very old but still running. He was very quick with his diagnostic of the unit. Price is very reasonable for outside of normal hours.

  From start to finish these guys were top notch and professional! Marcus the service tech took his time and properly diagnosed my ac system, Peter the sales guy was very personable and respectful of my situation, and the whole installation crew was just awesome! They installed my new ac system in just a few hours and it’s working awesome! They were here on time all 3 times (diagnostic, sales, install) and again did top notch work! Thanks Pronto! I can’t say enough good about this whole transaction!!!!

  From start to finished this outfit was "TOP SHELF"!! We got a complete HV/AC plus a new electrical upgrade at the same time. They were here when they said they were going to be here and the place was spotless when they were finished. I would totally recommend these folks to anyone!

  Just had a great experience with Pronto. Our thermostat was blank and the furnace wasn't working. Called Pronto last night and they scheduled a tech to come out today. Logan was on time and professional, talked me through everything that was going on with no hard sell, and politely answered all of my questions. So happy with the service and plan. Great company.
