I booked someone to come out to do an estimate on a project I was working on. I was able to get a couple other estimates from other companies in a timely manner, but Nordeast had to book me out two weeks given their schedule. I thought that was fine and I was willing to be patient.
When my appointment came, I was able to talk to an electrician who was honest about what I needed done and what I could troubleshoot on my own, so I appreciate that. He said he'd have their office send over an estimate hopefully that day, but it's now been almost a week and I haven't heard anything. Maybe my project just slipped through the cracks and that's okay. Unfortunately I don't have a lot of time to wait around, so I am moving forward with another company that had better scheduling and communication.

This is the 3rd time we’ve used Nordeast and are never disappointed. They always have a very fair bid, are friendly, professional and reliable. I highly recommend them for big or small jobs.
