  I was grateful to be able to be seen and taken off the waitlist. They were able to resolve my issue during the first visit. Everyone was friendly that I talked to And the electrician explained things very thoroughly and clearly for me. And, they were able to get the Invoice to me immediately as I needed to share this with the buyers of my home. I would definitely recommend them in a heartbeat.

  Electricians were nice...the "lady" on the phone isn't. The price disnt match what I was told so I did my due diligence and called to talk about it. I wasnt even trying to dispute the prices, everything seemed fair but tgere some things they quoted me wrong something they didnt tell me about so Ithought I could give my perspective on what that makes a customer feel like, and instead she just yelled at me while I was trying to explain myself, and did not listen at all. 0 stars for her-for such a nice company I would fire her and hire someone friendly.

  Edit to review in response from owner: I did not and would not tell a worker in my home to “not bother me.” In fact, I spoke with the electrician several times while he worked to troubleshoot a separate outlet. It’s unfortunate and telling you are doubling down and misleading in your response. It underscores the lack of customer support. Further, I did not reply to your email and instead paid the invoice because (1) I was 9 months pregnant and gave birth a few days after this work was completed; and (2) the tone of your email did not welcome additional collaboration. ————— I have used Nordeast Electric on multiple occasions. I will not do so again following my last experience, which highlighted its poor communication and customer service. The last service call I required two outlets installed, both on the same wall. I was quoted for the work and signed off on that project. The day of install, the electrician called our contractor to get the exact locations of the outlets. During that call, the contractor informed the electrician of an additional outlet that should be installed on a separate wall. This was outside of the original quote and was an error by the contractor. Instead of confirming with me about the number of outlets to be installed, the electrician proceeded as instructed by the contractor. I was home while the electrician worked and was not consulted on this expanded work. I was billed for the cost to install that additional outlet, again without consultation and outside the original quote. (The price for the additional outlet was halved, but still $200.) Look, I understand mistakes happen. So I respectfully contacted Nordeast to see how they could help. The reply I received from Meghan lacked professionalism and compounded my frustration, stating: “What is it we can rectify further for you? If the discount isn't what you want, we can remove the outlet . . . There will likely be a hole left . . . .” So, in essence, Nordeast’s solution was I either pay the extra money or be left with a hole in my 100-year-old wall. I was bewildered and disappointed by this interaction with Nordeast. In the end, I paid the invoice for work I did not approve and decided I’d take my business elsewhere. I suggest you do the same.

  Great experience! Sean was a very, prompt, knowledgeable and thoughtful electrician. Definitely will use them again for future electrical needs.
