So disappointed in this service after having been highly recommended. Appreciate the flat hourly rate, but my project took 20% longer than the original bid (which I understand is an estimate). All of that would have been fine except within 48 hours of finishing the plaster on my ceiling I got a large peeling crack in an area that previously wasn’t even cracked. When I reached out with pictures, I was told they would gladly come and fix it for the normal hourly rate (but may be another 4-6 hours). They finally came down to half the hourly rate which I still did not appreciate as this all happened from poor workmanship and they didn’t stand by their work. Will not be using again. I corresponded with JP numerous times about how I felt this was a problem with their work and they should correct it free of charge and I was just told that "this is just a natural process that happens" and they would not fix the job without additional compensation. In response to your solution: The entire reason I had this ceiling "repaired" was because I was selling my house. I asked you numerous times to correct the poor workmanship and you would not do it. I have since sold the house and had to write a long disclosure about how the ceiling had recently been refinished but done poorly and that it wasn't in fact water damage. The chance to remedy this situation is now past.

We are in the process of redoing our laundry room and needed help installing crown molding as our ceiling is sloped. JP was very helpful and honest with us about how to install the crown molding and alternatives that could be used (such as corner blocks) to make the process easier and faster. JP and Victor were prompt, clean and friendly during the installation process and Victor was able to get the crown molding installed in 2.5 hours!!! He did an amazing job and we couldn't be happier working with them!
