  Bryson E. was friendly, professional, efficient, and took care of my plumbing needs. I booked online which was super convenient at 7pm last night and he was here by 2pm the next day. He offered an annual savings plan before he left and made sure i didn't have any further questions or plumbing needs in the house. Great service.

  We'd had another company come out to take a look at out failing AC and were charged $92 for the service call. Hurlburt, when I asked how much it would cost to have it looked at said, "Nothing. It's free." That was the first positive. The second was the general appearance of the technicians. I don't base performance on how someone looks, but I will say that there is a much stronger sense of pride and professionalism with Hurlburt than with other providers. And yes, first impressions make a difference. Not only that, Adam C, with Hurlburt was so detailed and thorough and attentive to our needs, providing an estimate on site, whereas the other couldn't even get an estimate to us until a full day later. So vastly different experiences. Hurlburt made us feel like we were highly valued customers and the other place acted as if he didn't really care if he had our business at all. We are now 100% Hurlburt for any and all future HVAC, plumbing, or electrical issues. Matt Mc who installed the new unit impressed my husband. He said Matt answered all his questions and concerns and was thorough in explaining how best to maintain our new unit and keep it running for as long as possible. His recommendations were some we'd never heard of and were very grateful to learn.

  Nate arrived promptly, was friendly, discussed the apparent issue, and set to work. He found the likely culprit quickly, corrected it, and continued checking the entire system. Adterward, he explained the problem and confirmed the system is up to spec. Very good service.

  Our air conditioner went out last week when the temperatures were in the 90’s. Adam came out Tuesday to let us know which units would fit our needs. Austin was here Wednesday morning installing the new air conditioner! Cool house and done right before wild fire smoke blew in ! We’re very grateful Hurlburt was there to help us out in a timely way. Austin and Adam were great!

  Mike at Hurlburt heating and cooling came out for some maintenance on our A/C unit as it was not cooling effectively. He was so kind and helpful and the job was completed efficiently. I really appreciated the time he took to educate me on the issue, yearly maintenance recommendations and step by step filter installations so I could also complete some of the maintenance myself. Thank you Mike and thank you Hurlburt for responding to the call promptly.
