  Thank you for the great service! Fred performed a maintenance check on my mini-split system and did an excellent job. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciate the thorough service and would highly recommend Fred and the team.

  Nate was on time AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL also very pleasant to talk too. He tried very hard to fix my a/c but unfortunately it old and worn out. Getting estimate today for new system. I would definitely recommend Hurlburt heating and plumbing, ask for Nate for a pleasant; friendly experience.

  Hurlburt took over my usual go to company and I am thrilled with the service. They made it easy to schedule, by text, I was able to easily reschedule. And they texted me a reminder about it being time for having my AC tune-up. The service provider was super friendly and helpful.

  I got an estimate for a heat pump from Tony Nachreiner. He was very informative, taking time to provide many details and options. He also gave me time to ask all my questions. I got several other estimates from other companies and I am choosing Hurlburt.

  Matt M was outstanding from start to finish. Not only was he incredibly friendly, kind, and professional, but he was also extremely knowledgeable when it came to diagnosing and repairing the bathtub drain in my condo. The setup was far from standard and required some creative problem-solving due to the unique configuration and hard-to-find parts. After his initial visit, Matt determined that a specialized part was needed and proactively kept me informed throughout the process. As soon as the part arrived, he contacted me right away, and we were able to schedule the follow-up visit within just a few days. He completed the repair efficiently and with great attention to detail. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such excellent customer service. If you have a tricky plumbing issue that others might struggle with, I highly recommend Matt M. He went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
