  Quentin, Noah B, Ben J, Tyler H, and Supervisor Brenden B made a stressful situation of a failing foundation, missed by inspectors, concealed by previous owner, an easy experience. The team did a great job start to finish guiding selecting, and protecting our home. Thanks for the hard work everyone!

  Michael B. came by today for our first annual inspection. I really appreciated his knowledge and professionalism. He was very thorough, and I feel confident that our system is in great shape. Our whole experience with Groundworks has been excellent!

  Can't say enough positive things about our experience with Groundworks, and specifically field inspector Hugh Peltier. We have an old attached garage with foundation problems and other structural issues, and in the process of inspecting and giving us an estimate, Hugh very patiently explained everything he was seeing and what it would take to repair it. Since he knew we were considering repair vs replace, he gave us some very valuable perspectives on what we need to think about, what problems the tight space might present for both options, and what would have to be done to deal with those. In the end, we're probably not going to proceed with the repair job based on what we learned, and he knew he was telling us some things that might hurt his own chances of getting the work, but he's just a straight-up honest guy who wasn't going to filter the information he could give for his own sake. We're still looking at the estimate, and if we decide the other way, or ever have other foundation issues, we will surely turn to Groundworks. Regardless of what we do this time, we'll be recommending them to friends and neighbors as honest professionals you can count on when considering major, expensive decisions.

  Michael B at Groundwork’s did such a great job inspecting our sump pump system and all the basement work we have had done to keep our basement dry and safe. I have truly appreciated this company and every person that has been in our home. He had a trainee with him today who did great as well. Thanks Michael for the great inspection!

  Michael Bowers was our service technician. We had some work done a few years ago, and we’re pleased with that work, but knew more was needed. Michael was excellent at explaining what was happening and their options to address it. I very much appreciated his no pressure sales approach.
