I was not told before dropping this off my purse that Louis Vuitton “was going to be a hard purse to clean.” I was told after pick up! The cleaning they did for $75.55 I could’ve done myself! I was tricked out of my money and I feel like that know they can’t clean purses will because the lady said “is this the one wit the ink.” Ooh so there’s another that didn’t get cleaned well! Word of advice the money you spending taken it here you can spend on products to do it yourself!! Lesson Learned. ~Sadeya Telford
