- CCCarlySep 14, 20261.0Like others, I was referred to Don's by Pilgrim Cleaners. I bought a leather Coach purse second hand and took it to Don's to get the smoke smell out. When I dropped it off, they assured me that the smell was mild and would not be a problem to clean. I picked it up a week and a half later was very disappointed in the results. Not only did it smell exactly the same, the leather now feels worse. It is not soft and worn in anymore, but feels plastic-y and rigid. I will not go here again and I recommend you don't either.

- HHHysadityJun 10, 20261.0WASTE OF MONEY DO NOT GO GET YOUR PURSE CLEANED HERE!! I REPEAT DO NOT GO GET YOUR PURSE CLEANED HERE!!! I was referred to them from pilgrim cleaners. I was not told before dropping this off my purse that Louis Vuitton “was going to be a hard purse to clean.” I was told after pick up! The cleaning they did for $75.55 I could’ve done myself! I was tricked out of my money and I feel like that know they can’t clean purses will because the lady said “is this the one wit the ink.” Ooh so there’s another that didn’t get cleaned well! Word of advice the money you spending taken it here you can spend on products to do it yourself!! Lesson Learned. ~Sadeya Telford
